West Lodge nestles into the picturesque Durham Dales in the rural village of Billy Row, close to the market town of Crook. It recently expanded its services when the new purpose built house was opened. The new facilities have been equipped and furnished to a very high standard and can accommodate up to 60 residents. Combined with the quality of care provided at West Lodge the latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection awarded the maximum 3 stars and rated West Lodge 'excellent' for care services overall.
