At West Lodge our primary aim is to provide the highest level of care for our residents. We have been delivering care for over 20 years and in that time have built a team of committed staff and developed working practices that provide tailored services and support for individual needs.

West Lodge is able to comfortably accommodate and care for up to 60 residential and respite residents, supporting physical, spiritual, intellectual, emotional and social needs through state of the art facilities and highly trained care staff.

At West Lodge we specialise in the care of the elderly, focusing on providing our residents with a rich and supportive environment that promotes well being, social interaction, privacy and dignity.

To help us deliver these West Lodge boasts new, purpose built facilities with state of the art equipment, large and well maintained gardens and beautiful surrounding areas, a full and entertaining social program and appetising and enjoyable food and drink. But most importantly we have a team of staff that deliver medical and personal care with respect and consideration to the individual.

Caring full or part time can take its toll and sometimes you could both do with a break, this is where West Lodge can help you out with our respite care. The facilities available to respite guest are the same as those for residents of West Lodge so the full range of care, activities, gardens, food drink and social calendar are there to use and enjoy.

Whether it's a few days or a few weeks every guest has an individually designed care plan to ensure their daily routine fits their own personal requirements.

At West Lodge we have a team of carefully selected, registered and trained nurses that enable us to provide around the clock cover for all our residents. It is also important that our residents feel safe and secure in the knowledge that there is always someone close to hand to deal with health and medical issues, which is why we have a call system in every bedroom.
